To support this momentum, we are hiring a Senior Design Director—someone with extensive experience who can lead projects from start to finish, from the initial concept through to implementation, under the guidance of the creative director.

YOUR MISSIONS

You are a key contributor to the agency’s creative vision, capable of transforming a brand’s vision into a meaningful and cohesive experience. Your role focuses on three key areas:

Creative & Design Lead

  • Drive the creative vision of projects, from the concept phase through to final delivery
  • Design retail and brand experiences that combine creative impact, business relevance, and emotional engagement
  • Developing 360° concepts
  • Ensure excellence and creative consistency across all deliverables
  • Contribute to client presentations with a strong creative approach

Project Management

  • Manage national and international projects from start to finish
  • Work closely with the creative direction team, the consulting teams, and the strategy team
  • Oversee production and ensure creative compliance through to completion

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor junior designers, and develop the team's skills
  • Manage the creative and production resources assigned to projects (internal and external)
  • Passing on expertise and training junior staff in the ROX method

Super skills

  • Significant experience at a retail design agency or with a client, at least 8 years
  • Mastery of design, the ability to produce and commission work
  • A keen sensitivity to space, objects, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Curiosity about new tools, particularly AI-generated images
  • Knowledge of the luxury and premium sectors, including their conventions and requirements
  • Fluent English essential

Junior Consultant – Brand Strategy Consulting

More specifically, within our consulting vertical, we support our clients in audit assignments ranging from analyzing their ecosystem to defining strategic recommendations and operational planning for the experience, with the aim of proposing approaches and solutions that generate growth and remain faithful to the brand's core values. 

From beauty to wines and spirits, watchmaking and jewelry, we advise companies and groups such as LVMH, L'Oréal, Cartier, Fred, Bottega Veneta, and Rémy Martin on international projects from our offices in Paris and Dubai.

As a Junior Consultant – Brand Strategy Consulting, you will join the agency's Consulting vertical and become part of a team of consultants working on high-value strategic issues for brands. You will be supported on a daily basis and throughout your internship by an experienced consultant.

You want to:

  • Understanding and mastering the challenges of Brand Experience and Retail Strategy
  • Contributing to strategic issues for inspiring brands, mainly in the luxury sector
  • To evolve in an environment combining strategy, creativity, and fieldwork
  • To work closely with consultants, designers, and retail experts
  • To follow projects from strategic planning to their operational implementation

YOUR MISSIONS

As part of the Consulting team, you will work on Brand Experience and Retail Strategy projects, contributing to their management and the production of high value-added deliverables.

Council (Strategy)

  • Participate in the design of brand experiences through the lens of the R.O.X.TM method (customer journey, retail experience, strategic principles)
  • Conducting retail audits: benchmarks, competitive analyses, field assignments, reporting findings
  • Contribute to the analysis of strategic issues and the formulation of appropriate recommendations.

Business relationship (Business Development)

  • Contribute to customer relationship management: understanding needs, responsiveness, quality of communication
  • Participate in the preparation and structuring of commercial proposals

Project management (Delivery)

  • Contribute to project organization and monitoring: adherence to milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Participate in internal coordination and preparation of customer communications (meetings, reports, materials)

Super skills

  • End-of-studies internship
  • Master's degree – Business school, IEP, or leading university
  • Strong interest in the luxury industry, consulting, strategy, brand experience, and retail
  • First experience in consulting and/or within a luxury or premium brand, and in sales/retail, is appreciated.

Superpowers

  • Excellent command of French and very good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills
  • Ability to produce clear, structured, and high-quality deliverables
  • Rigorous, organized, and reliable in managing assignments
