The challenge lies in identifying these friction points and turning these moments of waiting into opportunities to engage with the brand. The solution lies in creating rituals and interactions that showcase the brand’s expertise while making the sales consultants’ jobs easier.

The hub allows visitors to explore, alongside the Maison, the full range of customization services offered by Cartier. Designed as a space for exploration, it invites visitors to immerse themselves in different configurations and interact directly with the products. Physical and digital displays allow visitors to visualize the various customization options, experiment with possible combinations, and gain a deeper understanding of the Maison’s craftsmanship. This experience thus transforms waiting time into a moment of inspiration and discovery.
